Well, the current active staff is here, maintained by Ruka:

Tanin's the only translator on that list who's next to inactive, and Sola has a lot of other projects besides translation so he's somewhat low on output at times. The others generally do a fairly good number of translations - so, say, about four?
In terms of quality (assuming you want to help out): You probably want to shoot for somewhere in the middle, and then if you want the translation more polished ask for a review once it's done here on the board - it can be a lot easier for a second set of eyes to catch things or think of angles you might miss since you're focused on the translation itself.
Given your claimed speed, I'd just advise you to let folks know what you're working on so you don't get it finished out from underneath you. For Gaku there are no deadlines of any kind (see Benny1 and his 10+ months working on NG.xx for an example) so just do your best and we'll work it out from there.
The only other thing is just not to expect that your translation will get edited immediately. =x With the sizeable editing backlog we have right now, it may take us some time to get to it.
