Since it's private work, then there is nothing to be argued in regard to his doujin's quality. All that matter is the translating, editing, and quality checking works have been done NOT in voile's standard.

Hence, any judgment of quality of whether it's good, acceptable, or bad of someone's else work in accordance with Voile's standard is void and therefore inappropriate to be used.

Unless of course, CGRascal himself declared he wanted this comic under his liability, then work and post his finished work here, and finally allowed his work to be archived and published under Gaku-Touhou.

That's what I think.

I figure it should be added to the wiki for no other reason than because it is a serviceable translation.

And I don't see why someone can't touch up a fan translation of a doujin, it seems like any copyright issues have long become void.

But I figure no editor is willing to redo a doujin that has have been finished, unless many people has high interest on it, a continuation from a series, or having a personal interest; And also CGRascal has have done quite a job on the editing.
