She does, to some extend, though doujin authors tend to exaggerate it sometimes.
It's part of a gruff and somewhat vulgar speech style frequently used by young men, and coming from a girl like Marisa it sounds unfeminine, so it has become part of her characterization.

The problem with leaving it in translation is that is completely agrammatical in English, and kind of a lazy way to convey Marisa's speech pattern.
I think it can be used in rare case in translation when unavoidable or as a catchprahse. >>51461 is a good example.

I don't think many translators would bother themselves with exact following of her speech pattern. One or two colloquials, like "gimme" or "sorta", and that's all.
