This line sounds awkward, but I'm not quite sure how to fix this. The best suggestion I have to offer would be to change it to:
"Cools you down on a hot summer day."

If anyone has a better suggestion for fixing this line, feel free to say so.

You know how there was a reboot from the PC98 days? I forget if conflict, disturbances, or unusual activity in general were required for Gensokyo to maintain itself. But even from a gaming series standpoint, if everything settles down, it becomes ripe for a reboot.
