It's a pretty clever title, actually.

I'd translate it to something like "God's Child Day" or "Gods' Children Day". Or even "Gods' Children's Day".

Apparently, "*** biyori" is not exactly "*** day" but more like "perfect day to do ***". But this *** part in this case is "God's Child" or "Gods' Children" so doesn't really fit. Just "*** day" should be adequate enough.

Alice is Shinki's child in fanon, and Sanae is Suwako's descendant in canon. Of course they get along with each other.

Suggestion on fonts for this doujin: Unless you have a tablet, find handwriting fonts that mimic kagero's handwriting for certain sections for extra effect.

For future reference, PNG crush isn't needed for the most part if you know how to work your way around the "Save for Web" settings. Generally, the attached picture is what we've figured out to be the lowest setting PNG files can be set to with negligible (if any) visible image deterioration. The only time it becomes noticeable is when 1) things aren't leveled properly and/or 2) the work has a lot of grayscaling/monochrome gradients. In that case, JPG save using "Save As" and save it as 10 Quality at the least.

For colored pages, always use the highest quality JPG that you can use (12 for Photoshop; you can sometimes get away with 10). Image quality is negligible compared to the attached setting (the setting just tear up colored images), and it's a smaller file size comparatively to colored pages saved as straight PNG.

Phew, that's the file saving lessons for today. I'll leave you guys for now to QC what's been done so far.

I honestly have no clue right now (midnight). What I did in the previous Kagero (Kotiya-ke) was a mix of La Cartoonerie, Harrison, Cataclysmic, and my own personal handwriting. I think my handwriting kinda works since it's kinda scratchy and messy too ^_^;

But yeah, look up some fonts in dafont.com and even check out Kotiya-ke if you need ideas.

Hello to all of you I've met and those I haven't, Kagekichirou here.
I like Alice and Sanae quite a bit on their own, which got worse and eventually became this book.
Also, the book itself. The meeting story in the first part is a remake of the 5th most popular feature from my web site.
I wanted to redraw the whole thing and make it easier to read, but the art itself isn't that much better,
so it might be harder to read in the end.

If you think so, my deepest apologies. It was more than I could handle.
Actually, I'm still pretty overwhelmingly weak. I study diligently every day.

There's no way I can defend my indulgence in the second half.
Even since before the popularity poll, I thought that if Alice and Sanae got friendly and got to
talking they'd talk about clothes, and it'd be nice to take my time drawing something like that.
But then SWR came out and I thought maybe I should just release it ...

If Sanae is in SWR, it will be nice for people to be able to laugh at the wild delusions in this book
in celebration. And if she shows up, we'll be able to watch her speaking
formally to Alice ... !

Speaking of which, if you expected a Sanae and Alice book something
like the picture on the right, I'm really sorry!
Personally, I think these two are friends. Heartwarming ones.
